While the package is in transit you can request a different delivery location from USPS and UPS. Please contact the shipping carrier and give them your tracking number. If there is a significant change in delivery location UPS may charge a fee.
If the address is close by you could go to that address and ask if a package was delivered there addressed to you. If you included Route Shipping Insurance in your purchase you may contact Route and see if your order qualifies for a replacement.
If you return a product but it is no longer in the original package or the original packaging is significantly damaged we will subtract the 15% fee from your return. We do not like to do this but we can no longer sell it as a new product and is moved to our scratch and dent.
When you purchased the warranty you would of received an email from Clyde with a link to the summary of the terms and also a link to file a claim. If you no longer have the email you can go to hiclyde.com to submit a claim.
This really depends on Klarna. When you apply for the long term financing and if you are pre-approved we will get the order, but it sits in a pending status. Once Klarna fully vettes the application we will get either an approval and will then process and ship the order or if Klarna denies the application you will receive a cancellation email for the order.
There are several items to check when this happens:
1. Check the radio and make sure the Steering Dual Rate or on some (D/R) is at 100 and not at 0.
2. Check the steering on the vehicle by manually moving the tire from left to right. Make sure there is no binding any where.
3. Remove the servo horn from the steering servo and see if the servo has full range of motion . If the steps 1 and 2 are good and the servo has full range or no range then it is time to replace the servo.
The first thing to check is the glow plug and the glow plug igniter. Remove the glow plug and look at it's color. If it is any color but a light brown it is time to replace it. General rule of thumb is 1 to 2 hours of run time on the plug and then it is time to replace it.
The next think to look at is the coil. If it is protruding from the glow plug it needs to be replaced.
Check the igniter. Put the glow plug on the igniter and it should start to glow. If it doesn't then the igniter might either need to be replaced or recharged.
